Job Description:
A growing organisation in the aviation services sector has created an additional new FP&A Analyst role to strengthen its finance function. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams.
Your New Role
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Produce monthly management reports with variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis
- Partner with budget holders on cost control and profitability
- Support cash flow forecasting, reporting, and audit processes
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A tools and processes
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Part-qualified or QBE accountant
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement
- SME or mid-sized business experience preferred
- NetSuite experience beneficial
