We pride ourselves on offering an efficient, reliable, and honest service. For us to achieve this we dedicate our focus on a specific market, allowing us to get to know our candidates and clients. We proactively headhunt candidates within the Accountancy and Finance market in Oxfordshire, for us to not only be able to provide a shortlist within 48 hours but to also take our candidates out to market.

Being specialist recruiters, we’re proactively headhunting skilled candidates in your market, carrying out a thorough interviewing process to get to know these candidates.
STEP 3
CV presentation
We’ll arrange a 30-minute video call to discuss the shortlist in more detail, giving you some background on the candidates and feedback from our internal interviews.
STEP 4
Arranging interviews
We’ll arrange interviews for you with your selected candidates, handing them over to your internal process.
STEP 5
Making an offer
We get to give the candidate the good news (the best bit about our job!) and confirm a start date for you.
