Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking an ACA/ACCA-qualified Manager to lead a portfolio of agricultural and property sector clients.
Your new Role
- Manage a portfolio of clients and drive the delivery of accounting and tax planning solutions to these clients
- As a manager, you will be tasked to grow and nurture the talent within the business, supporting the career development of those around you
- Building relationships both externally and internally allowing you to effectively deliver projects and grow members of the team
What You'll Need to Succeed
- ACA/ACCA fully qualified
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts and Tax experience within a Practice environment in the UK
- Currently managing a client portfolio (approx £500k+) of SMEs, Sole traders and Partnerships
- Good tax knowledge, in particular – IHT, CGT, LDST
- CTA would be great, but not essential
- An understanding of the rural sector — whether through professional experience or personal background (e.g. grew up on a farm or involved in rural pursuits)
